Phase 1: Design Creation 4-6 Weeks

After receipt of signed contract and retainer, we start to really make it happen. During this stage, we meet again to do a deep dive into your inspiration & vision for your space. I will also consult with all our trusted vendors and workmen to provide estimates for paint, window treatments, electric work, wallpaper installer, etc. These are action-packed brainstorming and creative days.

Creating your Design: Where the Magic Happens

With all the information obtained, I’ll begin creating your unique design, from our consultation.. Here is where I research ideas and pull together all the details of your project including floor plans, 3-D renderings, selected finishes, color schemes, window treatments, fabrics and decorative furnishings to present to you.

Presentation & Proposal Meeting

I meet with all decision makers and present all my exciting finds and designs. During this time, we note any changes or re-selections that might be needed and wrap up our meeting with a very clear and concise full design package.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Boards: I will show two designs for you to choose from.

• Changes: You will have the ability to switch out 2 to 3 pieces if necessary.

• Proposal: We will review products to purchase with projected cost.

• Purchasing: Together we can accept final items for purchasing.

PHASE 2: Management 12-16 Weeks

Purchasing Product and Project Management:

I coordinate the entire ordering process for you making it easy, efficient and manageable, therefore saving time and money. The status of the orders is closely monitored, tracked and set up to be delivered to our receiver and checked for damages. Any issues that arise are handled by our firm. money. Coordinating and Site Visits:

We collaborate with all contractors, fabricators or tradespeople and manage all details during the construction or installation phases. Site visits to check the progress and quality are all arranged by us.

PHASE 3: Installation 1-3 Days

Installation and Styling:

This is the exciting day!! The day when all the furnishings are delivered, and the rooms are styled and come to life.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Delivery: A full day receiving with my team.

• Shopping: A full day for picking up local finds.

• Styling: A full day for accessorizing.

You arrive home and your new room(s) is presented to you!! We take this opportunity to walk through all the newly designed rooms revealing how the initial design concepts have come to life. This is also the time when we do a final walk through together and identify any outstanding items to be addressed.
