I've never had a Green Thumb. However, 2 years ago, when my mother passed away I became the custodian of many, many, inherited & gifted plants. And now I've become a Plant Lady. Waking up at sun break to open their shades, greeting them by name and even making special DIRT!!  I would never have expected the peace & enjoyment they give me. 

 As a designer, there isn't a room I haven't completed without a pop of greenery, here & there. For clients I always have gone fake & fabulous. Recently, I started using my hobby to learn what plants would actually work in my clients homes'. I want to offer them this extra level of knowledge & freshness when I design. 

 I'm excited to share my recommendations for plants that will uplift your home & “almost” anybody can keep them alive.  But, if you don’t want high maintenance plants, I've also included ones better bought in silk.    

When Real Is Best!!

Yes, even you can keep these plants alive! Weekly watering is perfect for these vivid plants, yet still pretty resilient if you miss a day or two. They are voracious growers, some can even climb and propagate easily.

When Faux Is Fab!!

 These oversized plants are just perfect for an empty corner. They add a little cheer & life to every room. I would say it is just better to buy the faux version.
